FREQUENTLY ASKED
Up to 32 guests across 16 rooms in five houses, with exclusive use covering up to 15 guests and additional guests accommodated at a per-night rate. For groups traveling with their own support team, a 17th room, Calm, is reserved for a personal chef, photographer, or assistant, bringing the island’s total sleeping capacity to 34. Share your group size with our reservations team and we will build it into your quote.
Exclusive use of the entire island, all taxes and local fees, and roundtrip airport transfers from Tortola. Your stay is fully staffed with a dedicated concierge, hosts, chefs, a wellness director, housekeeping, and groundskeeping. All meals and beverages are included, along with the beaches, watersports, our boats and captains, personalized wellness sessions, and the full range of land and water activities across the island. Children’s activities are tailored to your group.
Travel to and from the British Virgin Islands, travel insurance (required for stays from August through October), spa treatments, Redemption Ranch experiences (arranged separately), and off-island excursions. Outside entertainment such as bands, DJs, and additional boats can be arranged by your concierge.
A deposit reserves your dates, with the balance due in scheduled installments ahead of arrival. Your reservations team will confirm the exact schedule when your quote is finalized.
Yes. When the island is reserved for exclusive use, one lead organizer holds the booking, and we can arrange for individual guests or couples to settle their own rooms directly. Let your reservations team know during planning and we will set up separate payment per room.
The British Virgin Islands has two main arrival points for private aircraft. Beef Island, Tortola (EIS) is the closest and largest airport in the BVI, just 10 to 15 minutes from the island. Its 4,642-foot runway suits mid-size to larger private aircraft, including a G4 at the pilot’s discretion, and American Airlines currently serves it with an Airbus A318. Once you clear customs, our team will greet you and transfer you directly to The Aerial, BVI. St. Thomas (STT) in the U.S. Virgin Islands has a 7,000-foot runway for larger jets, from which you would clear customs before entering the BVI, and we will coordinate your onward transfer.
Children are very welcome, and our team tailors kids club style activities to your group, from sailing and gardening lessons to beach games, art classes, and stargazing. We are not able to provide dedicated one-on-one nanny care, but you are welcome to travel with your own nanny, who can stay in our support room, Calm. If you would prefer us to arrange dedicated childcare, we can bring in a professional nanny for an additional cost. Let your reservations team know during planning.
Yes. Our spa is open throughout your stay, with a full menu of massages, facials, and body treatments. Spa services are arranged through your concierge and billed separately. Let your reservations team know your interest ahead of arrival and we will have your preferred treatments ready to book.
We do not require a minimum stay. We recommend at least 3 nights to settle in and experience the island fully, though we are happy to arrange shorter or longer visits to suit your group.
The island is typically available for exclusive use year-round. Pricing changes over the Festive period around Christmas and New Year, but otherwise your dates are usually open. Share them with our reservations team and we will confirm availability and the applicable rate.
Yes. Guests traveling with their own team are welcome to bring them. Our dedicated support room, Calm, accommodates one member of your staff, a personal chef, nanny, assistant, or similar, at no additional charge. Any further staff are welcome to stay in guest rooms and are included in your total guest count for pricing. Let your reservations team know who is traveling with your group and we will build it into your quote.
Yes. Several of our rooms offer flexible bedding such as day beds, loft spaces, and sleeping nooks that can accommodate small children alongside their parents. These spaces suit younger children who do not mind a cozy setup. Let your reservations team know the ages of the children in your group and we will recommend the right rooms.
