Go all in. Or do absolutely nothing.

BEYOND THE ISLAND

The whole of the British Virgin Islands, at your pace.

There is more than enough to fill your days at The Aerial, BVI, but you are also anchored in one of the most beautiful sailing grounds on earth, with more than 60 islands and cays within easy reach. So if the pull to explore hits, we are happy to send you out. A morning snorkeling a coral reef, an afternoon in the sea caves at The Baths, a long lunch at a famous beach bar, all on a private captained boat stocked and ready. Just tell our Experience Team the kind of day you want, and they will handle the rest.

  • The Baths, Virgin Gorda. Giant granite boulders, hidden tidal pools and light-filled sea caves you swim and scramble through. The most iconic landscape in the BVI.
  • Jost Van Dyke. Home of the Soggy Dollar Bar and the original Painkiller, the powder-soft sand of White Bay, legendary Foxy’s, and the natural jacuzzi of the Bubbly Pool.
  • Norman Island. Snorkel The Caves said to have inspired Treasure Island, then pull up to the Willy T floating bar for lunch and a leap off the top deck.
  • Anegada. The flat coral outlier, famous for fresh spiny lobster grilled on the beach, salt-pond flamingos and the empty stretch of Loblolly Bay.
  • The Indians and The Caves. Two of the region’s best snorkel sites, all pinnacles, sea fans and clouds of tropical fish.
  • RMS Rhone. Dive or snorkel one of the Caribbean’s most storied shipwrecks off Salt Island.
  • Cooper Island. Easygoing reef snorkeling and a barefoot lunch at theCooper Island Beach Club.
  • Sandy Spit and Sandy Cay. Two tiny desert islands straight off a postcard, made for swimming, walking the sandbar and doing very little.
  • Cane Garden Bay, Tortola. A wide crescent beach with laid-back bars and live island music.
  • North Sound and Saba Rock. Virgin Gorda’s sheltered playground, ringed by beach clubs and reefs.
