All ingredients for food and beverages are sourced locally, either on the island or from a local Caribbean island, to ensure freshness and preservation of nutrients in the meal. The island menu is pescatarian-forward, so always look to enjoy the fresh fish protein option.
Healing Island Farmacy
Not your typical pharmacy where you’ll find medicine to heal you – the Island Farmacy is made up of fresh-grown fruits, vegetables, and herbs that are used daily in the meals you are served.
Elevating Food and Drink
All meals, drinks, and wellness shots are prepared with natural ingredients, meaning you won’t find added refined sugars, preservatives, or food colorings. You’ll be amazed that food this good for you can taste so great.
